Person-Centered Support for Greater Independence
Supporting Independence, Choice & Community Inclusion
Love U2 Care, LLC provides person-centered services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to help each individual strengthen daily living skills, increase independence, participate meaningfully in their community, and pursue goals that are important to them.
Services are developed around each person’s strengths, abilities, preferences, needs, and individualized support plan. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, support coordinators, and other members of the support team to promote dignity, choice, safety, and quality of life.
Our ID/DD Services

Temporary support that gives family members and unpaid caregivers time to rest, attend to other responsibilities, or take a break while their loved one receives appropriate care and supervision.
Skill-building and community participation focused on independence, social development, meaningful activities, and personal goals.
Assistance with identifying service and living arrangements that may meet an individual’s needs, preferences, and available options.
Person-Centered Support
Every person has different strengths, interests, preferences, and goals. Love U2 Care believes support should be built around the individual not simply around a diagnosis.
Our team works to encourage choice, self-direction, independence, skill development, meaningful relationships, and participation in the community. Supports may change as the individual’s goals, abilities, and needs evolve.
What Support May Include
Support may include assistance with daily living skills, meal preparation, household routines, community participation, transportation, social activities, personal goals, appointment support, safety, communication, and other areas identified in the individual’s support plan.
